Shipping
We ship all of our items via FedEx, UPS & USPS only in USA.
We must use the best shipping method available as some addresses cannot be shipped with method selected during check out. However the delivery speed will not be affected by this.
We ship orders within 24 hours of cleared payment received. Our shipping time cutoff is 3:30 PM CST.

International shipping is available via USPS First Class, USPS Priority International & USPS Express Mail International.

Returns
All sales are final, unless the item sold are found to be defective or incorrectly described, then an exchange or refund can be given
. All return items must be authorized and approved by us. If approved, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All return items must be in re-salable condition and must be returned with all items including hardware, manual as well as installation instructions.
Items purchased by mistake or wrong items ordered will be subjected to 20% restocking fees. Returns approved by eBay will be subjected to 20% restocking fees.
